Frequently asked questions

Untavéd is a professional luxury extension brand created for licensed stylists and salons.

You must apply for a professional account and be approved prior to purchasing extensions.

Hair Extension Policy:

At Untavéd, we take pride in providing luxury-quality hair extensions and stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 6-month Hair Quality Guarantee from the original date of purchase.

If you experience unusual shedding, excessive tangling, matting, or quality concerns under normal professional installation and proper care, please contact our team so we can review the issue. We may request photos, product details, and care information as part of the evaluation process.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final on opened, installed, worn, altered, or customized hair products. Unused and unopened products may be eligible for review on a case-by-case basis.

Our quality guarantee does not cover issues resulting from improper installation, chemical processing, excessive heat, misuse, improper maintenance, or failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions.

At Untavéd, our goal is to provide premium luxury hair extensions that both stylists and clients can trust with confidence.

Clothing, Hats & Accessories Policy:

All clothing, hats and accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

We want you to absolutely LOVE what you order, so please double-check sizing, colors, and product details before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Hair Extensions:

We work quickly to ship all orders as soon as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within approximately 7 days of purchase. Shipping timelines may vary during holidays or high-volume periods. If something in your order is out of stock, we may reach out with an alternative to ensure you get your order in a timely fashion.

Clothing & Accessories:

All clothing & accessory orders will be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the order but in most cases the items will ship much sooner than that.
