What is the return policy?
Hair Extension Policy:
At Untavéd, we take pride in providing luxury-quality hair extensions and stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 6-month Hair Quality Guarantee from the original date of purchase.
If you experience unusual shedding, excessive tangling, matting, or quality concerns under normal professional installation and proper care, please contact our team so we can review the issue. We may request photos, product details, and care information as part of the evaluation process.
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final on opened, installed, worn, altered, or customized hair products. Unused and unopened products may be eligible for review on a case-by-case basis.
Our quality guarantee does not cover issues resulting from improper installation, chemical processing, excessive heat, misuse, improper maintenance, or failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions.

When will I get my order?
Hair Extensions:
We work quickly to ship all orders as soon as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within approximately 7 days of purchase. Shipping timelines may vary during holidays or high-volume periods. If something in your order is out of stock, we may reach out with an alternative to ensure you get your order in a timely fashion.
Clothing & Accessories:
All clothing & accessory orders will be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the order but in most cases the items will ship much sooner than that.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is absolutely free on all hair extension orders! Shipping will be calculated at checkout for all other items.
